Monday workout

AM workout
10 min warm up on treadmill walking at 3.0 for 5 min, then 3.2 incline 9 for 5 min.
Assisted pull ups 2 sets on number 8, and s sets of triceps dips. 10 reps on each.
Walking lunges with a 10 lb weight in each hand, count of 20 (10 each leg) rest, and another 20
( for some reason this was particularly challenging today-my quads were burning by the end of the 2nd set!)
Dumbbell chest press 2 sets 13 reps 17.5 lbs each hand.
Dumbbell single arm rows 2 sets 12 reps 20 lbs
20 minutes stair climber

Today's workout was rather lame. This was the first time in a long time I have gone to the gym in the morning, and maybe I just needed a cup of coffee. I felt tired, easily fatigued, and unmotivated. This could also be the effect of a "cheat day" yesterday, and maybe the lingering hangover from Saturday night.

This Weeks Plan
Hot Yoga Tuesday and Thursday, plus extra cardio if I can
Wed- Leg workout, plus 30 min cardio, 3 sets of core exercises, plus yoga
Fri-arm workout, plus 30 min cardio
Sat run 3 miles
Sunday cycling 45 min

Goal-increase cardio to 30 min, do 3 pushups, do something active after waking up.
