Pre Planning Meals

I have resolved to try and avoid going out to eat any more this week, and often I come home for lunch and say to myself "I don't have anything to eat!"Even though the problem is really that I just do not have time to make anything I want. So I took advantage of my day off to prepare several things that I can have this week, and also freeze for when I need a quick meal on the run. Crackers, Pizza, and steamed red russian kale. I already have some quinoa kidney bean chili in the fridge and plenty of fruits and vegetables.
