Lemon Basil Re-Hydration Drink

Water from 1 young coconut
1/2 large or 1 whole small lemon peeled, and de-seeded
4-5 small leaves of lemon basil
4-5 small leaves of peppermint
Small chunk of fresh ginger
1 TB date sweetener
2 cups water
1 cup of ice

Into the Vitamix and blend till smooth.
